Theatre Art & Tech HS

Through a multidisciplinary approach, in this class students will participate in a general exploration of theatre that develops a better understanding of the elements of theatre, public speaking, voice projection, writing a play and creating a production using technology and artistic expression. Students will develop an understanding of the various roles of theatre artist and gain a greater appreciation through collaboration and practical application for creating theatre. Students will participate in all aspects of creating and performing a play as well as hone interpersonal and team building skills.
