Solo Instrumental EL

Through a multidisciplinary approach, students will learn how to play an instrument of their choice. Instruction will be demonstrated through classroom lecture, one-on-one instruction, activities and personal trial and error. Exploration in other areas will include music and artistic expression, composers, care and cleaning of the instruments, science of sound, orchestra, band, music theory, music history, songwriting, responsibility, accountability, and the importance of practice. Students will also be exposed to technology to enhance their learning experience.
