Native American Cultures HS

In this cross-curricular course, students will gain insight into the Native American culture, both historically and present day. Students will learn how early Native Americans interacted with the natural world and created unique cultures in five different regions of North America. Through story, art, and hands on projects, students will discover contributions made by this rich culture to the Americas. This study encourages the practice of respect for other people and their cultures.
