Individual Sports Projects MS



The multidisciplinary Individual Sports classes are designed to enhance the student's physical education curriculum. Students study the basics of sports in a cross curricular manner as it relates to their personal fitness and wellness. Students will use technology to understand the workings of the human body and how exercise affects their body. The optional lab portion of the class is offered at various locations and may include archery, boxing, fencing, gyrokenesis, swimming, crossfit, tennis, yoga, and skating. Each semester a selection of elective classes are offered. Students will concentrate on the improvement of specific sport skills and strategies needed to successfully master and to enjoy recreational sports.
