EL Integrated Lang Arts I

Students will love learning and growing by being read to each week. As we study each book, we will integrate other subject areas so that students can make hands-on connections through their studies. We will focus on: increasing vocabulary, making predictions, encouraging questions, studying poetry, handwriting skills, phonics, practicing list-making skills, and learning many different literary devices to support each student's understanding of reading and writing.
