Students in Developmental Kindergarten will experience the first half of the kindergarten curriculum with social-emotional development and foundational skills as a focus. Students will continue their education the following year with a full year of traditional Kindergarten.

In this course, students will explore concepts such as ecosystems, climate, seasons, weather, living/non living things, and basic building blocks of scientific exploration and inquiry. Students will be given opportunities to practice problem solving skills. Emphasis on social-emotional development and establishing foundational skills for a full year of kindergarten following their development kindergarten experience.
